Setup was genuinely plug-and-play, no hardwiring needed, which was the main reason I picked this Lorex Connect up. The 2K picture is sharp, and the app-controlled horizontal pan lets me sweep the driveway without climbing a ladder. The floodlight kicks in bright when something moves at night. Wi-Fi has held steady so far. Only minor gripe: panning is a bit slow on the app, and you need decent signal where you mount it. Good pick if you want floodlight coverage without an electrician.
